By entering or using Athar+ spaces (including M_39 premises, shared workspaces, and meeting areas), you agree to uphold the following standards of conduct:
Maintain professionalism, honesty, and respect in all interactions.
Respect Athar+ staff, M_39 personnel, and other community members.
Avoid disruptive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior.
All users must respect the cultural, moral, and social norms of the UAE. Behavior contrary to public decency or community values is prohibited.
Use facilities, furniture, and shared equipment responsibly.
Do not damage or alter premises, or use them for illegal or unrelated activities.
Keep spaces clean and orderly; dispose of waste properly.
Do not leave belongings overnight unless explicitly permitted.
Shared work areas (meeting rooms, focus pods, etc.) must be booked through the designated system and vacated promptly.
Service hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Access outside working hours requires prior approval.
All users share responsibility for maintaining a positive, collaborative environment. Report any damages or issues to the Athar+ team immediately.
Unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive activities.
Unauthorized commercial use, subleasing, or resale of Athar+ services.
Sharing access cards, credentials, or using another user’s assigned workspace.
Treat all members, partners, and staff with courtesy and inclusion.
Harassment, discrimination, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.
Athar+ may capture photos, videos, or audio recordings during events or activities for documentation and promotional purposes.
By participating, you consent to the use of such materials in official communications.
Users who wish to withdraw consent for specific uses may submit a written request to info@atharplus.ae.
Users may not capture or share media on the premises without Athar+’s prior written consent.
Violation of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Facility Rules may result in disciplinary measures including:
Suspension or revocation of access,
Termination of membership or daily pass, and/or
Legal action under UAE law.
Athar+ reserves the right to determine appropriate action in each case.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Athar+ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, facilities, or services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Abu Dhabi.
Athar+ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued use of the website or premises constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
